1. エッジループを追加します。
Add three edge loops.
2. 首のエッジループの距離が近いので均一に広げます。まずエッジループ全体をセレクトし、

3. 首前方のエッジをセレクト解除します。
Unselect the front of the neck area.
4. Edir Edge Flow で均一に広げます。
Apply Edit Edge Flow.
5. 首の前方にエッジが集中しているので、数を減らします。
There are too many edges in front of thr neck.
It's bettter to reduce some edges.
6. まず図のように対角線割りをし、
First, make triangle shapes.
7. 真ん中のエッジを削除します。
Dlete the middle edge.
8. 図のようにエッジを追加します。
Delete the selected edges.
