This is the option to put edge loop in the middle.

7. 上唇のバーテックスだけをセレクトしたい場合はキーボードのBで上唇の色を変えるとセレクトが楽になります。
It's hard to select some vertices from the upper lip when the upper lip and lower lip are so close.
Select a vertex from the upper lip then press B.
Now you can see the color on the upper lip.
This way, it's easy to select vertices from the upper lip.
8. ソフトセレクトのオプションは Surface を選択します。
バーテックスをセレクトした後は 再び B を押してソフトセレクトを解除します。
Make sure you select Surface from Fall of mode.
After selecting vertices, hit B again if you don't need soft move.
9. バーテックスを移動し形を整えます。
下から見上げて カーブをチェックします。
Look up from the bottom, make sure the lips are arch shape.
10. 唇の形をととのえます。
Fix the shape.
