13. IMM Curve Making flexible pipes and hoses. ![]() 1. Choose IMM Curve brush. The icon looks like a seatbelt. Choose a Hose01 from the list. ![]() 2. Drag any object. It will create a flexible hose with a control curve. ![]() 3. You can adjust the curve but ti's not easy to control. I will show you how to make a nice curve later. For now just Undo and delete the hose. ![]() 4. Drag the inside of mechanic parts and create a hose. It's hard to adjust a curve so just leave the way it is. Click another object to delete the construction curve. ![]() 5. Separate the new hose from the SubTool. SubTool > Split Unmasked Points ![]() 6. Keep adding horses. Click another object to delete the construction curve. ![]() 7. Now I will show you how to make a nice curve. First, crate a Plane3D. ![]() 8. Place the plane where you want add a hose. I want to add a hose A to B. ![]() 9. Now draw a curve on the plane. Make sure, don't touch the mechanic part. You will see a little gap between the parts and the hose.
